  1. Includes respondents using only acute-acting single-dose NRT (n = 75). Respondents using patch, e-cigarette and inhaler were omitted. For every category of delayed NRT use after waking, the average number of NRT pieces/day was reduced to 3.6 (95% CI −5.53 to −1.70) showing a highly significant association between TTFN and NRT use.
