Note the cigarette sales volume is the average sales in 603 stores; the JUUL sales volume is the average sales in 154 localities. The dataset included 603 stores in 154 cities and towns from five provinces including Ontario. 422 stores are located in large urban areas. The time period for this study is January 2017 to August 2019
