Treatment retention by baseline BZD use. A Cox proportional hazard analysis was used to characterize the time to treatment discontinuation between the patient groups. Log-rank comparison of these curves yielded a chi-square value of 2.883 with a non-significant p value of 0.0895. Baseline BZD users were 14.9% more likely to drop out of treatment than baseline non-users [aHR = 1.15(95% CI 1.02–1.29)]
